60-NIGHT MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE — REFUND POLICY

Sleep on your Vokris sheets for up to 60 nights. If they're not for you, we'll refund you.

How it works
- Try your sheets for at least 14 nights, so your body can get used to a new routine.
- Between night 14 and night 60 after delivery, email support@vokris.com with your order number, a few words on why it didn't work for you, and a photo of the sheets.
- We'll review your request and issue your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the sheets before the refund. If so, we'll send you the instructions.

Limits
- One refund per customer and per household.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The guarantee applies to orders placed on vokris.com only.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
